Wednesday Nights at Tavistock College Sports Centre in the Dance Studio

7-8pm Mixed Kickboxing

Thursday Nights Bere Alston Parish Hall

5-13 years Spirit Combat 6-7pm

14 years and upwards Spirit Combat 7-8pm

Private 1-2-1’s, small groups are also available, we have a venue available 24/7 in Bere Alston but can travel to you as well. Please enquire about availability and prices.
